Hi I am trying to source some second hand K1 Ergo's for a small club in Yorkshire. Does the GB squad have any second hand Ergo's that they are willing to sell?

Where can I get specific information on training programmes and reccomended boat sessions to help build endurance and strength for marathon paddling. Are there any booklets or documents similar to "the ultimate run" by Richard Fox where on and off water sessions are written down. I'd be grateful for any information you could provide me with. i have a question about the april regatta. im flying over from ireland for the weekend. i have to book tickets, im wondering what time the final of the mens B k1 500 metres is on sunday. this is important as there is only two flights out of nottingham to dublin that evening, so i must find the time of the final before i book, perhaps you can give me a contact number or address of a person to ring or even the time of the race on sunday, much apprecitaed Jason
